This was motivated by the Congress with the following: "...no city can put forward a stronger claim to this than Budapest.

Keep your metabolism revved

While it’s true your metabolism naturally slows down by about 2 to 5% per decade after age 40, there are plenty of things you can do to fight back. Exercise is key for immediate - and lasting - benefits. Engage in aerobic exercise 4 to 5 days a week: It’s obvious that aerobic activities like running, brisk walking, swimming, and bike riding burn calories and increase metabolism while you’re working out. But interestingly enough, several studies show that aerobic activities cause your metabolism to stay increased for a period of time after exercising.

City of Sopron
and its surroundings are among the most visited beauty spots of Hungary. What should a visitor think of when coming to Sopron? The taste of Kékfrankos (Lemberger), the historic silence of the city centre, the vista of Lake Fertõ, the scent of cyclamen, the whisper of Lövérek? Quite possibly all these together. Many experiences, memories and feelings relate to Sopron. The most faithful Hungarian city is a meeting point not only in terms of history, geography and culture, but it is also the scene of people meeting people, because it is a great place to get together. Sopron is also the city of opportunities, since it offers its visitors diverse recreation, relaxation and sport opportunities.

Green tea is a good choice for people on a weight-loss programme because it can help them to lead a healthier lifestyle. For example, substituting green tea for coffee with cream and sugar not only saves calories but also supplies a lot of healthy substances, such as polyphenols and flavonoids, that can help improve one’s overall health.
Green tea contains a small amount of caffeine, so it serves as a mild appetite suppressant as well. Test tube studies suggest that green tea extracts high in catechins may inhibit fat digestion and a preliminary human study found a green tea extract increased calorie burning.
Green tea extract increased thermogenesis, which is the generation of body heat that occurs as a result of normal digestion, absorption, and metabolization of food. In previous human studies, consumption of green tea increased thermogenesis as well as energy expenditure and fat loss in healthy men, suggesting that green tea in liquid or capsule form may be an effective way to aid weight loss.
Green tea is generally free of side effects. The most common adverse effects reported from consuming large amounts (several cups per day) of green tea are insomnia, anxiety, and other symptoms caused by the caffeine content in the herb. All teas (green, black, and oolong) are derived from the same plant,
The difference is in how the plucked leaves are prepared. Green tea, unlike black and oolong tea, is not fermented, so the active constituents remain unaltered in the herb. The leaves of the tea plant are used both as a social and a medicinal drink.
Herbal tea is not derived from this leaf and so does not have this particular health-promoting properties. Indeed, most herbal teas in the market are NOT tea at all. They are only infusions made with herbs, flowers, roots, spices or other parts of some plants. The proper term for this type of beverage is "tisane". Therefore, read the labels properly. Although tisane does not contain as much polyphenols, it does promote other various health qualities such as relaxation and calming effects.
Green tea containing caffeine significantly increased thermogenesis by 28% to 77%, depending on dose, whereas caffeine alone resulted in no significant increase. When the stimulant ephedrine was added to green tea with caffeine, the increase was even more significant compared with caffeine alone and ephedrine alone. Caffeine and ephedrine are used together in some herbal weight loss preparations, but there are many safety concerns regarding ephedrine because it raises heart rate and blood pressure.
Reduces high blood pressure. Drinking green tea represses angiotensin II which leads to high blood pressure.
Lowers blood sugar. Green tea polyphenols and polysaccharides are effective in lowering blood sugar.
Fights cancer. There have been many studies that have shown that green tea catechins are effective at preventing cancer. Green tea also boosts the immune system because of its high concentrations of polyphenols and flavenoids. Green tea antioxidants have been shown to lower cholesterol.
