Hunguest Hotel Freya is located in the South Western part of Hungary, 200 km far from Budapest. The settlement, nearly as much as 800 years old, became internationally known and popular as the thermal water in the region was found 30 years ago. In the meantime Zalakaros has become a famous spa and relaxation resort. Visotors will find all the resources for physical and mental recuperation at the spa.

The hotel waites for its guests with 150 double rooms and 12 suites. All rooms have bath with separate toilet, balcony, direct dial telephone, colour TV and minibar. The rooms are partly refurbisched. Extra bed upon request.
The restaurant (300 seats) offers a wide range of special Hungarian, diabetic and vegetarian disches. There is a drinkbar in the hotel.
The building has a direct connection through a passage with the Granite Thermal Bath, so the therapy section and the indoor pools can easily be approached, even in winter. Indications: for locomotive disorders, rheumatic disease, gynaecological diseases and after care treatments.
The first indoor Fun Bath in Hungary is directly accesible from the hotel and is found on the premises of Gránit Thermal Bath. 360 m2 of water with 11 different watering gadgets provide fun and function. The pool and the wave pool are open from 01. 05. till 30. 09.
