 Short description of room types:
Superior rooms(152): all of our the rooms has balcony toward the Velence Lake, air-condition, high-speed internet connection, Sat-TV with internet access also, telephone, safe for laptop, minibar, coffee/tea water-heater, hair-dryer, bathrobe.
Family rooms: there are connecting-rooms for families and on-request we provide extra bed or baby bed for children.
Superior Plus rooms(25): the size of the Superior Plus rooms are bigger.
Appartments(4): our appartments have a living-room, sleeping-room, bathroom and a separate toilette with bidet
Description of the wellness center services:
On 2-level we offer 1000 m2 water surface, 11 pools (out-,indoor,thermal, experience, swimming & children pools), exclusive wellness center, saunas, ice-& tropical showers, traditional & east massages, treatments, fitness center and 2 squash coarse.
 Local entertaining programs in the hotel:
Pilates, Bellydance, Yoga, Fit Ball, Pregnancy training, Dynamic Yoga, Senior training, Conditioning training Aerobic for children, Step Aerobic, Spinning, Spine Training, Training for Baby and Mother
Children programs:
From the 01st of July till the 23rd of August different programs for the children.

How to reach the hotel:
The Hotel is located on the beach of Velence lake with easy access from Budapest (45 km) on the M7 Highway and 5 km from the exit Velence. From the Déli Railway station it is just 50 minutes by train. The Velence train station is only a 400 meter from the hotel. The bus station is about 400 meter from the Hotel. By airplan: Budapest / Ferihegy: 45 km Taxi transfer can be ordered in advance by the reception.
Parking: in front of the hotel, a part is free and a part is for cost 4 Eu / car /day 
Possiblity of pet keeping: in the hotel for ca.11 Eu / pet / day

The prices include:

The above prices exclude the Tourist tax 1,25 Eu / pax / night between the age of 18-70.
Discounts for children, allowances in the parents room:
- 0 - 6 years old: for max. 2 children, the accommodation and catering is free
- 6 - 12 years old 50% reduction
- 12 - 18 years old 20 % reduction from the rate
For families with more children (2 or more child under the age of 18), in case of accommodation in two rooms (connecting family rooms) 2 single room rates plus the rate lowered by the reduction valid for the age of 6-12 and/or 12-18 will be charged.

Cancellation policy:
Secured:
Cancellation deadline: 24 hours before arrival (noon, local time).
Late cancellation or no-show penalty fee: the price of the first night for each reserved room.
Non secured:
Cancellation deadline: The hotel will hold the room(s) until 6 p.m. on the day of arrival; in case the guest doesn't arrive until then, the booking is automatically cancelled.
